Procrastination can be a big issue for many, which prevent them from achieving what they want, so what should we do to prevent procrastination?

In many cases we hear the two most frequently used phrases when we talk about procrastination is "I'll feel more like doing it tomorrow." Or "I work best under pressure." But in reality, they do not feel like the next day or work best under pressure. These two are the most common and is used almost everyday. In addition they protect their self-image by saying "that's not important." Another thing they take solace in is that time pressure makes them more creative. Unfortunately, they do not prove to be more creative, they can only feel that way. They waste their resources.

Their main problem is that they actively seek distractions, especially those who do not take a lot of commitment on their part. Checking e-mail or other social media is almost perfect for this purpose. They distract themselves as a way to regulate their emotions, because they are afraid to fail them self. They take the easy way out, which is in many cases denial.
To prevent procrastination there are many things that can be changed. The easiest solution is to break your work into little steps, so you don’t have to do it all at once. Another thing you can do is to change your environment, because the environment around you can affect how our productivity level is. Or you can choose to do it in the hard way by just do it because it ultimately boils down to act. You can do all the work at once, but if you do not take action, nothing will happen!

The first thing you should do is that you have to define what happiness is for you. Happiness can be anything from food to work. There is no limit to happiness. It is entirely up to ourselves when we think we have achieved our goal. Happiness comes from our own actions. We shouldn’t wait for the joy to come by itself, but instead do something to make it happen. There is various ways to achieve happiness, but a good idea is to stay away from all the negative things that are around you, that can influence on the achievement of happiness. Even the smallest things can make us happy, but we must share the happiness before we enjoy it. Most people think that happiness is all about money, but there is more to happiness than money. Our greatest happiness does not depend on the condition of life in which chance has placed us, but is always the result of a good conscience, good health, occupation, and freedom in all just pursuits. We should be happy for what we have and not think of what others have. When we are pleased with what we are, it's happiness. The secret of happiness is to admire without desiring. Everyone chases after happiness, not noticing that happiness is right at their heels, without realizing it.

Being quiet can have its advantages. Often see many of us, silence as a weakness. In reality can silence be a good thing. Let us take a look at why it can be a good thing to be quiet.

You hear what people are saying. You see their movements. You see their expressions and can interpret what they feel or think. Because you are silent, your attention is fully on the other, and you are focusing on the outside world. So you really can "hear" more when you become quiet, and not just in the aural sense, but in terms of sight and opinion in general.

The more serene and peaceful one is, or quiet in the literal sense, the more comprehension they may have through viewing the world around them.

Sometimes it’s good to be quiet!
